Born in the Bronx, NY and raised in Central Jersey, Mr. Weinman has dedicated himself and his legal practice to defending the rights of the accused. Mr. Weinman graduated from Montclair State College and then attended Law School at Claude Petit College of Law and University of San Diego (Magdelan College, Oxford University) and attained his Doctorate in Jurisprudence in 1985
